Magic resistance is useless. Agility... a geared out rogue might have 500 agility? 50 agility from this buff is about 1.7% crit and 50 AP. 50 AP is less than 4 DPS. 10% more damage is so much better than that there's not even really a comparison. Is this because of something non-obvious in the way the %s are calculated? Normally I would prefer Spirit or Magic Resistance for my priest in BWL/AQ40 and Agi or Magic Resistance for my rogue in MC/AQ20. What am I missing?
